Welcome to the Volicon Observer User Guide. This document will provide the details and instructions necessary to guide you through the configuration and operation of the Volicon Observer platform. It addresses specific Observer functions, including the applied use of media clips; proving FCC compliance advertisement verification, and general media stream management.
